To get to Beaumont, we usually take Brittany Ferries to St. Malo (about 235 miles). Cherbourg, Le Havre or Caen provide shorter crossings but longer drives, although now that the new motorway is almost complete the journey times are much quicker. Some of our visitors prefer to take the short crossing to Calais and stay overnight, particularly as it then becomes easy to fit in a day at Futuroscope, just outside Poitiers, en route. Detailed directions will be provided with confirmation of your final payment.
